Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Fiido e-bike or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, chargers, and components are included.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your item to our designated inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
